NYBB Pro Entry Deadline and Event Information (*UPDATED 9/6)

All competitors need to be on call starting Friday morning 6 am!! Hotline# 808-255-8671
As of right now, it looks like we’re going to run all divisions on Sunday, Sept 9th. BUT, be on call and ready to go starting 7 am Friday. If the swell begins showing earlier than forecasted and we’ve got contestable surf, we’re going to get preliminary heats underway to make sure we have enough time to get everything completed on Sunday. We will be starting at the crack of dawn Sunday so plan on being at the beach no later than 6:30 am!

MONITOR SWELLS ARRIVAL HERE
It looks the homebrew subtropical storm off the SE coast that we’ve been monitoring for the past few days will indeed save the day and provide some groundswell by the end of our waiting period (and beyond!), with trace lines showing possibly as early as Friday. Latest satellite imagery shows a better organized system and most models are in agreement for tropical develpoment and a very favorable path for swell production. Hope to see you all in New York!
