All the YouRiding junkies out there can now get their fix as YouRiding.com v2.0 has just been released! In case you’ve been hiding under a rock and don’t know, YouRiding is a Surfing and Bodyboarding online video game! Come to surf the best waves and compete to be the next champ!

Not long ago, the IBA (International Bodyboarding Association) and YouRiding.com formerly announced a partnership:

“IBA International  and youRiding.com, the online bodyboarding game created by
IntellySurf, are pleased to announce their official partnership effective this year for the
IBA 2008 Mens World Tour.

Created in 2007, youRiding.com will release a new version of the game the 1st march
2008, with the start of the the IBA 2008 Virtual World Tour. The bodyboarders will have the
possibility to compete online for free against worldwide riders on each real events of the
2008 Mens World Tour to become the virtual 2008 world champion.

« We are very excited about the partnership and proud that youRiding is the official game
of the IBA », IntellySurf Marketing Manager Thomas Casamayou said. « It is something we
have wanted to do since the begining of the youRiding.com game and we are confident
the association with IBA will help take  bodyboarding to the next level ».

At present, 225,000 people registered and play youRiding.com for 25,000 visits per day
and 105,000 unique visitors per month. Even though the game is a French-based product
of IntellySurf, founders are quick to point out that anyone from anywhere can play and
that youRiding.com already has a strong following in USA, Brazil, Australia and Europe,
not to mention amongst the bodyboarders themselves.

Players create a virtual bodyboarders, train, improve and equip him with real products
from bodyboarding brands. The riders can play in freeride or create contests to compete
online against other riders. Thanks to the association with IBA, the players can aslo
compete online on an Official IBA Virtual World Tour, earn points following their results on
the different events. At the end of the season, the player who has the most points overall
wins a trip to Indo, but there are plenty of other prizes available too.

Moreover, the players will be able in the youRiding.com version 2 coming next march 08,
to create waves themselves, upload their photos and videos, watch Pro photos and
videos, listen music and discover other new contents as a wiki travel guide, forecasts and
news.”
